4 ingredient chocolate chip cookies 1/2 cup natural creamy cashew butter unsweetened 1/3 cup sweetener of choice ( I used swerve) 1 large egg 1/3 cup low carb milk chocolate chips INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parachute paper
 In a large bowl, add cashew butter, sweetener of choice and egg. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed, no egg streaks remain and a dough forms.
 Stir in chocolate chips.
 scoop up cookie dough and place dough ball onto parachute paper

Bake cookies about 10-11 minutes or until tops and edges just start to turn a golden brown. Cookies will still be very soft but should have puffed up. Remove cookies from oven and let them cool Enjoy #foodforthought #foodie #easyrecipes #cookielovers #lowcarb

If you like Reese’s peanut butter cup, this is for you Ingredients - 1 (5.3-oz.) container low-fat vanilla strained (Greek-style) yogurt - 2 teaspoons natural peanut butter - 1 tablespoon Lily’s - 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil - I used almonds use what ever you like Directions 1. Mix yogurt and peanut butter together in the yogurt container or a small bowl. 2. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth (about 45 to 60 seconds total). Pour over the yogurt mixture and spread evenly to cover.
