If you like Reese’s peanut butter cup, this is for you
Ingredients
- 1 (5.3-oz.) container low-fat vanilla strained (Greek-style) yogurt
- 2 teaspoons natural peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon Lily’s
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
- I used almonds use what ever you like
Directions
1. Mix yogurt and peanut butter together in the yogurt container or a small bowl.
2. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth (about 45 to 60 seconds total). Pour over the yogurt mixture and spread evenly to cover. Garnish with nut of your choice
Freeze for 10 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes, until the chocolate is set.
