I found a yoga room at the Chicago airport and it became my little sanctuary during a long layover. I prioritized gentle, intuitive movement.
Going to be on a plane and in airports all day? Find a place to move and focus on:
- Moving your spine (flexion, extension, rotation, lateral flexion, axial extension)
- Gently stretching your neck
- Opening your hips & shoulders
I finished my practice with 20 minutes of legs up the wall and felt so restored after!
