Tara Noel Christmas Tree Farm Oooohhhh...I love it here, it’s the holiday experience we’ve all been PINING for! 🎄 I mean...how could you not love being greeted by baby goats named after reindeer?! 🐐Comet was my favorite, but my kids loved ALL the kids 😉 and even got to feed them! Besides the adorable goats, we loved the handmade products inside the barn (got some shopping done 🛍…even found ornaments for myself- gotta SPRUCE up the ol’ tree ya know!), the hot chocolate WITH marshmallows + sprinkles 😋 , the firepit 🔥for cozily hangin’ out, and of course these trees! And oh man, it smells SOOOO good out here. Like, I have the @yankeecandle that smells like a Christmas tree, but FIR real, it doesn’t even hold a candle 🕯 😜 to being out here enveloped by that full on yuletide aroma!! To tell the treeth (is that too much of a pun-stretch?!) we weren’t even at the farm for a tree, just for the experience. And it was 💯 worth it, and I would definitely go back. A couple important notes: 🎄 @taranoelchristmastree is only open for a short time, so make plans to get out here ASAP. I hope you (candy) cane make it out soon!!!! 🍔 Food trucks are here on certain days - follow the farm on FB for updates. We spent about 1 hour here, before heading to @oneccps Moseley Elementary to play. POWHATAN FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS This is a new event, so thank you @christmasdecor_va for inviting us to come and check it out! I’m excited to share about this with y’all. VAN GOGH:The Immersive Experience This is such a cool way to experience Van Gogh’s masterpieces, and learn more about his life. I love that you can go at your own pace, and our favorite part was the final stop of the exhibit, a full on immersive room, floor to ceiling display of Van Gogh’s works with calming music.  ⭐️ Here are my tips for @vangogh.experience 👦 Ages 4+ and you know your kids best! The last room requires no wiggling, and quiet. Definitely prep younger kids for this, and bring another adult in case you need to take one child out early. 🩷 I think this would make a great tween/teen outing (17 and under must be accompanied by an adult) 👵🏻 Would also make a great multigenerational activity or experience gift for grands to enjoy with grandchildren ♿️ Fully accessible ⏰ Allow about 1 - 1.5 hours from start to finish 💰 Save money by going on a weekday if possible; discounts for seniors, military, students; prices start at $29.90 for adults; $17.90 for ages 4-12; FREE: under 4 🎟️ VIP add-on available 📚 Before you (Van) GO 😉 read children’s books about his work so they can be familiar with some of the pieces they’ll see.  📍 @exhibition.hub is 12121 W.
