In all seriousness, the first week or so of tracking food is NOT fun. But when you want to get real intentional about how you feel, how you look, how you show up, how you serve, how much energy you bring into the day. Having an awareness what you are eating is imperative.
The better you feel = the better version of yourself you find.
Remember: protein is priority.
